HOW IT WORKS
A clear process with defined responsibilities.
Each engagement starts with your requirements and an agreed scope, then moves through research and coordination with decisions kept in your hands.

The sourcing support process
The steps may overlap or be adjusted to the agreed assignment, but responsibilities and commercial arrangements are clarified first.
- STEP 1
Inquiry
Tell us what you need to source.
Share available specifications, drawings, target quantities, timing, and the questions you need suppliers to address.
- STEP 2
Scope and Fees
Agree on responsibilities, deliverables, and service fees.
Aurora confirms the proposed support scope and fees before work begins. Customers may pay suppliers directly for goods and Aurora separately for services, according to the agreed commercial arrangements.
- STEP 3
Research
Research potential suppliers and compare available information.
Aurora researches potential suppliers, requests relevant information, and organizes findings and quotations for customer evaluation and selection.
- STEP 4
Samples and Verification
Coordinate samples and independent third-party verification.
Aurora coordinates supplier samples and, when requested, independent third-party verification or inspection. Customers define acceptance requirements and make approval decisions; the independent provider performs the verification or inspection.
- STEP 5
Order Follow-Up
Support communication after the customer places an order.
Aurora follows agreed milestones and relays supplier updates, questions, and exceptions. The supplier remains responsible for manufacturing, and logistics providers remain responsible for transportation services.
- STEP 6
Completion
Close the agreed sourcing support scope.
Aurora organizes the final status and outstanding items for customer review, then completes the agreed coordination work without guaranteeing supplier performance or delivery outcomes.
Start with a clear sourcing brief.
Tell us what you need, the available specifications, and your target timing so we can discuss scope and fees.
